Shipping policy

How will my order be delivered? 

The shipping courier we use is EVRI. We currently only ship to the UK. 

FREE Standard Delivery available for UK orders when you spend £60. EVRI aim to deliver within 2-4 working days

Standard Delivery available for all UK orders. EVRI aim to deliver within 2-4 working days

Express Delivery available for all UK orders. EVRI aim to deliver within 1-3 working days

Click and Collect

FREE Click and Collect available for all UK orders. We aim to have your order ready within 24hrs. You will receive an email confirmation when it is time to collect

Collection times available:

Monday-Friday

5PM-9PM

Please do not arrive before receiving your confirmation email AND please do not arrive outside the collection times as your order may not be ready or have anyone here to assist you

Email confirmation is needed when collecting your order. 

Dispatch Times

We dispatch Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays

Our delivery schedule is in "working days" Any orders placed after 4:30pm Friday-Sunday will be dispatched the following working day (Monday)

Late Delivery

Although EVRI aim to deliver on time, In some rare circumstances they may deliver your order late. Please allow up to 10 working days to deliver your parcel

During busy periods (Christmas and Bank Holidays) your order may be delayed. Please allow up to 10 working days
